Update

A this point in our food allergy journey, we know that Frank is not (breathing a sigh of relief) allergic to dairy. He doesn't tolerate milk very well but cheese, butter, yogurt and ice cream (ice cream!) are all back on the table.

We do believe he is allergic to wheat gluten, which is in everything from soy sauce to his multivitamin. (This is a food allergy which is different from celiac disease, but I tell you, I am eternally grateful to the celiac sufferers who have done such thorough research into gluten and how to avoid it.)

I am reading Shauna Ahern like a banshee, but if you'd like to point me in the direction of any other websites or books, I'd be happy to check them out.

Thanks for the support, friends.
